Your Microsoft co-op funds expire. Permanently.
40% of your MCI incentive earnings accrue as co-op marketing funds on a fixed six-month clock. Miss the claim deadline and Microsoft takes the money back — no extensions, no appeals. See what you have at stake.

How the co-op clock works
1. Earn
Each incentive dollar splits 60% cash rebate / 40% co-op. The co-op accrues over a six-month semester (Jul–Dec or Jan–Jun).
2. Spend
You must spend the accrual on eligible marketing, demand-gen, or skilling activities during the NEXT six-month semester — and keep every invoice and proof of execution.
3. Claim — or forfeit
File claims in Partner Center before the deadline (~45 days after the spend window closes). Whatever you don't claim is permanently forfeited.
